This is not for wine drink lovers but the exclusive recipe delivers a unique treat that will warm you right up on those cold winter nights, party weekends or holidays!

HOT WINE SPICE MIX is a collaboration recipe with the Sommerlier, combining classic spices including star anise and cinnamon and Chrysanthemum flower, rock sugar and Luo Han Guo (a medicinal ingredients of traditional chinese medicine, also known as Monk Fruit or Mangosteen) to bring out naturally sweet flavors for mulled wine.

You can use any good-quality red wine with dark, fruity and full-bodied, such as Bordeaux is a great choice. Bottles from California or Italy are also recommended, fruity aromas can support all of the spices and flavors we’ll be adding. You can make alcohol-free versions if you like.🍇
Light some candles, throw handmade herbal spices and wine in a pot, and embrace the chilly season.



Ingredients

Dried pineapple (Costa Rica), monk fruit, rock sugar, cinnamon stick, star anise, dried Chrysanthemum flower, cinnamon, roselle, lemongrass.

45g (For approx. 500ml wine, 3-5 serving)

Directions

Heat wine to a gentle simmer in a pot over a very low heat. Add spice mix before bubbled. Stir until sugar is dissolved and allow to simmer for 2 minutes to integrate flavours with the wine. Lastly, serve your wine in mugs when filtering spices and herbs. Garnish with pineapple slice and cinnamon stick if you like. Serve and enjoy!

Keep in dry place away from heat and direct sunligh.
Avoid in pregnancy. Oxygen scavengers for food package only.

Return & Exchange

· All items from our online store are sold on a NON-RETURNABLE basis.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY, INCORRECT ITEMS

· We take care to pack your items carefully so that they won't get damaged in transit.

· For whatever reason, if items arrive damaged, faulty or incorrect from your order, please contact our customer service (info@daylily.com.tw) for details and we will do our best to resolve the issue.

REFUND (if applicable)

· A refund may not be issued if products are returned due to the shipment rejected by customer without contacting us first.

· All refunds will be returned to the payment method of your original payment within 7-10 days, if you have not received a refund after 10 days, we ask that you first check with your bank or Credit Card Company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

· Any discount or coupon will not be refunded. You will only be refunded by the actual amount you paid.
