Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding because of potential uterine stimulation known as one of unwanted effect of hawthorn.

How to Drink

1) Put 1 roselle, 1 hawthorn, and about 1 tablespoon rock sugar in a cup.

2) Pour about 100-120ml hot water into the cup.

3) Leave it for a minute or two, stir gently, enjoy the fragrance and flavor of tea

見た目が綺麗な赤色に染まっていきます。
味は酸っぱいですが、嫌な味ではありません。
こちらも規定量を小分けにしていったところ、砂糖がなくなってしまい、棗とハイビスカスが残りました。37杯分作れました。

甘酸っぱいハーブティのようでとってもおいしいです
ビタミンCやクエン酸が豊富なので疲れている時や朝、頭がぼーっとしているなぁという時にも飲んですっきりしています。紫外線を浴びているお肌にもうれしいですね。
少し濃い目に作っておいてあとからお湯や水をたして(氷砂糖は逆に少な目から足して)いくとお好み味に調整しやすいかなと思います。濃い目に作って炭酸で割るのもおいしいです。
お湯を注いだ時からローズ色に染まってゆく様を眺めて癒されています。
