Directions

Take one or two pack daily.

You can use Tea Protein in water, milk, porridges, smoothies or baking. Mix protein powder into your favorite beverage for more recipes as you like.

Mix 200cc cold water or milk with 1 pack tea protein powder well in a glass or a shaker cup. Heat at 500W microwave power for approximately 2 minutes if serving hot.

水多めで楽しんでいます。

週何回か軽くウォーキングする程度ですが、テレビでプロテインをとったほうがいいと知り購入。だいぶ前にプロテインを飲んだことがあり、そのときは全く美味しくなくて続けられる気がしませんでしたが、これはお茶と味が変わらず非常に美味しかったです。最初は規定量の水の分量200ccでいれていましたが、もう少し薄くてもいいと感じ、倍くらいに増やしてみたところ、よりすっきり飲めて、よりお茶に近く、それからそのように飲んでいます。たくさん楽しめるのもいいです。個包装になっているので、お友達にもあげやすかったです。近くにもお店ができるといいなと。

届くのを楽しみにしていました。本当に飲みやすく、クセがなく、美味しいです。好みの味でした。続けたいです。牛乳でラテっぽく飲むのが好きですが、甘いもののおともに水でのむのもいいと思います。

お湯では溶けない

味は悪くないのですが、お湯&シェイカーでは溶けず、粉が残ってしまい飲めませんでした… どうすればいいのでしょうか？

コメントありがとうございます！タンパク質はお湯だと固まりやすいため、HOTで飲む場合は、一度お水でシェイクしてから電子レンジ１、２分で温めるのがオススメです！ぜひお試しください＾＾

漢方の味はしない

みなさんが仰ってる通り美味しいお茶の味です。漢方が入っているのでそういった味がするのかな〜と思ったのですが全くしませんでした。漢方が苦手な方にはとてもいいと思います。気付かずに体にいいものがとれるので。私は漢方の味が好きなので少しそのような味がしてもうれしいと思いました。
